We stand behind our product 100%.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:

You have 15 calendar days to return your order from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  All items within your order must be returned in the same condition as listed above including all purchased EasyTrim™, connector clips and attachment springs.

Your order must have the invoice or receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds:

Once we receive your order, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned order.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your return after inspecting all items returned in your order.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your order.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.
